How to Clear the Cache on Amazon Devices and Other Devices?
  1. From the Device Home Screen Select Settings/Applications.
  2. Select Manage Installed Applications from the Applications Menu.
  3. Select The App.
  4. Click Force Stop and then click the “CLEAR CACHE” NOT “CLEAR DATA” Option! Then “Launch App” or Return to the Home Screen and Open the App!

    Question: How many actual channels do you provide?

    We Provide more than 3020 live TV Channels! Most importantly…Over 3020 WORKING Channels!!!

    If anyone ever tells you that IPTV has no buffering at all THAT IS A LIE!!! Buffering is caused by a couple of reasons, one being, having to many apps installed in your device (delete apps you don’t use) the most common issues is “Packet loss” AKA internet signal interruption. It’s pretty much like a jammed highway. This can be resolved by contacting your Internet provider or simply try unplugging ALL that has to do with modems, routers, etc for about 4 minutes. WIFI isn’t %100 signal so I suggest purchasing a firestick ethernet adaptor or one of my loaded ready t stream boxes via ethernet connection to receive %100 signal…No need to sugarcoat anything, this is another reason why KID78TV is the best in the business!!!
